Once you have decided that the benefits of sustainable transportation are important for your company, you will need to designate your internal “Champion”. This champion could be someone who currently uses sustainable transport or is keen to try. Your Champion will be our point of contact.

Each workplace is unique in its transportation needs. So from the start we will determine what the current commuting trends are by conducting a baseline audit. This is done by a survey that is completed online by employees when you sign up with us. A taster version is available here.

We will then analyze the data and provide your company with a commuting options report, which will be accessible to you through your company’s personal profile on our website. We will also provide a paper copy. This report will detail the results of the audit and will outline the alternative commuting options available which best reflect the needs and priorities of your company.

We will facilitate the realization of recommended commuting options by providing information to employees during “lunch & learn” presentations, advising management on relevant incentives and disincentives, and promoting sustainable transportation within your workplace. Once the options best suited to your company have been implemented, we will continue to support your company by providing progress reports, updated information, relevant presentations and events to encourage and promote sustainable transportation in your company.

In 6 months to one year’s time, we will reassess your workplace by conducting another employee survey to determine your success!
